Project2tone gets the trimming tonic

Our project bus is heading up to Trimming tonic for a bite of his fat biscuit

interior before

After lots of consideration and many lengthy emails with Chris at Trimming Tonic (www.trimmingtonic.co.uk) with have decided not just to recover the rock and roll seat and make odd little repairs here and there but to go the whole hog and go for one of his cool trick interiors.

You'll of seen Chris's handy work before in some of our previous feature buses with our favourite of them all still to come, in the form of Steve Gilbert gorgeous satin Split. The interior in that and the below crew cab (pictured) is what is know as the 'fat biscuit' pattern. With a name like that and with my sweet tooth, I knew that was the interior for me. But unlike the pic below, we'll be mixing some classic fabrics for a retro twist.

Fat biscuit

Something that wouldn't upset the traditionalists but will keep us up there on the cool wall.
