Torque Bar
This is because the gearbox cradle end of the frame horns has no support and so the frame horns flex up and down when you put the pedal to the metal. While this is fine for a street car, it can be the losing factor in a race and will certainly play havoc with your ET time on the drag strip.
The answer of course, is to buy a torque bar. This attaches to your rear top shock mounts and then to the frame horn ends to eliminate any flexing.
CSP stocks a very nice torque bar made from aircraft ally, which not only makes it very durable, but also looks cool. You will need to weld it up to you application, but you can rest assured that if you do, your frame horns will be going nowhere!
