They currently sell a few stock lines from their shop in Germany but they are increasing the parts all the time, using the original tooling and methods.
VW Heritage is to be their UK supplier.
For more information you can contact VW Heritage and they will be more than happy to tell you all about it.
So now you will be able to restore your VWs with top quality original parts. Thank you Volkswagen.

I too have had numerous issues with Chinese Crap. I restore VW Things and that includes building engines. If you look at my web site you will see where I have started a section on Chinese junk. The pics there show the difference between the Crap counter-weighted cranks from China and the original German cranks of stock origin. There is no comparison in the machining. We are now getting rods that have very small oil holes in the bushing end of the rod and this cuts down on the amount of oil getting in to lube the bushing. As far as I'm concerned EMPI is a four letter Chinese word for JUNK. Sadly, many other suppliers here on this side of the Big Lake are going to this crap. It's gonna get worse. www.vwthing.us

Thank God. Im so sick of chineese parts, they are 98% crap, and the chinks know it also. Been in business 38 years and like the kiddie toys the chinks make trying to kill our kids, they do the same thing to American VW businesses.Any parts the chinks sell to American shop, we know they are trying to ruin those shops by selling inferior parts that dont fit. Ask EMPI, 98% of their stuff is chink crap. Im not spewing sh-- here, I'v been doing this for 38 years and I know what I'm talking about. It is high time we had good parts to sell to our customers. For the last 12 years I have been giving no warranty on parts whatsoever, because if a shop stands behind chink parts we might as well close up and de-stress ourselves and our customers. But they have to have their cars fixed, so the labor quote goes up because lwe know that the parts wont fit and we have to add time to make them fit. You ever tried to put a pair of chrome cylinder covers from china on a motor, make them fit the shroud, good luck. Please let me know where I can start buying these new VW parts. I hope your not going to have them make in china...Bill's VW Repair....Bugdoc
