It seems Volkswagen still have what it takes to make a great car.

A lot of air-cooled VW owners turn their noses up at new water-cooled Volkswagens. "what would we want one of those modern cars for" and "they look just like everything else on the road" are familiar comments when talking new VWs.

Well, even if you prefer your older VW, there is no mistaking that the new breed of VW is making a good name for itself (just driving to work we see hundreds of new VWs on the road) and has won the Top Gear.com car of the year award with its newest member to the family, the Scirocco.
