Well, my wedding has been and gone (it went very smooth indeed) and I've returned to work a married man and still in honeymoon mode!
However, there are a few blog followers out there who don't know if the Bug made it to the church on time or not. It also occurred to me that I hadn't shared with any of you the fact the Beetle had passed its MoT.
It was actually plain sailing! The MoT inspector fell in love with it right away and wouldn't get out of the drivers seat! I made sure he did actually inspect the car thoroughly though as I'm one of those people who likes to know the car is safe and not just a pretty paint job!
So with the legal side of things covered (MoT, Insurance and a tax disc) the Bug was set to get me to the big day.
More about that maybe next week, as in between the MoT and the big day, there were still a few jobs to be done (such as the wheels - see the previous blog post) whch I will cover first.

Have your say!
