Sunday 4 May saw yet another very successful Stanford Hall VW Show

Popping up to Leicester from Banstead, Surrey at 7am is not the first thing that I would want to do on a normal Sunday morning. But this Sunday was different - it was Stanford Hall! One of the best VW events on the calendar!
On arrival it was clear it was going to be a busy show as the car park was already rammed. Even the overflow parking was over flowing! The show itself was as good as ever with a whole range of vehicles to feast your eyes on from the stock early vintage to a few more modern VAG examples. And as for the swap meet / traders, well you couldn't go wrong. The selection of parts available was high and prices didn't seem to be to out of reach either!
If you've never been to Stanford Hall then you really are missing out! Make sure you go next year!
