James gets the project Bus back

The project Bus getting picked up from Air Kraft

After quite a long break, James is finally reunited with the Camper&Bus Project Bus

It was an early start for James on Monday morning. He was off to Truro, Cornwall to pick up the much missed project Bus, aka Panzerfaust.
Luckily (depending on how you look at) he had a 5-hour train journey to get some shut eye and catch up on some Z's.

As many of you know, the project Bus has been at air kraft receiving a few tweaks such as a lowering job, a narrowed beam and a new set of shoes in the form of JGE Raders.
It looks worlds better for it!
We also had a rock and roll bed installed and an electrical hook-up. This will mean James can take the Bus to the shows and kip in it too!

James stopped for a bit when he got to air kraft but didn't want to hang about too long as he had a long drive ahead, and given the cold weather moving in it wasn't looking like it was going to be the best journey home.
He managed to leave at around 4pm so it was going to be a journey mostly in the dark too!
Seven hours later, and with a major snow storm thrown in to boot, James finally rolled onto his driveway!

He said he was happy to have the Bus back and is pleased with its new stance. He added that it drives really well even if it is a little bit more bumpy. Time for some new shocks!

If you need some work doing to your VW or want to go down the slammed and narrowed route, give air kraft a call on 07814716578.
They offer anything from the simple to service to a full blown resto!
