New plates for the project Bay Window

Having just got the the VW Camper&Bus project Bay MOT'd and registered, James decided to get some new plates made up.
Seeing as the Bus came from the US, the American style license plate was the design of choice for our newly assigned registration number.
Of course these are just 'show plates' as the law requires we display our original plates with the correct size font and spacing while driving on Queen Liz's highway.
That said, a lot of VW drivers use their US plates every day without problems but just so you know, it is very naughty! Slap Wrists!

James got his plates made up from PlateMyRide.co.uk for just £17.50 a plate.
You can choose to have the state of your choice embossed across the top of the plate or even put something entirely different there like '1969 Bay' for example.
If you want to make the plate look even more US authentic then you can also buy the license stickers for the corners of your plate.
