On Saturday the 6th of October we headed south to Brighton seafront to admire the air-cooled VWs massing along Madeira Drive.

Despite the lead up to Bug Jam being damp and dreary (even as late as the Friday of Bug Jam), the show went on. The rain even stopped for Saturday and Sunday with glorious sunshine beaming down all day long. There were lots of very cool cars on display and the mood was very jolly …

The Lavenham Vintage Volkswagen Show is a brilliant show to go to, especially if you’re into your pre ’67 models. We wouldn’t miss this one for anything.

Held on the 3rd June, Stonor Park was a lovely day out. Despite many shows being cancelled due to rain this year, this was one show determined to go ahead. It was a little damp and the ground a bit soft, but that wasn’t going to stop us.
